<p>I think this would be good -- but maybe only a warning if the donation is more than 60 days from the current date? So if it's too old or too far in the future it'll generate a warning.</p>
<p>Quickbooks will warn if a transaction is more than 90 days in the past, but it won't warn for future transactions. I think a 60- or 90-day window in either direction would be a good way to go.</p>

<p>This would be a great feature. We're currently developing a donor thank-you gift program, and will be needing to ship out the thank-you gifts. If the system could integrate a mailing-label printout somehow, that would really save us a lot of time & effort. Maybe it can integrate with USPS/Fedex/UPS ? If we could set up shipments and print labels directly from within DonorTools that would be fantastic. </p>
<p><br />Maybe we could set up "gift items" and then the shipment information would be linked to that item. So, for example, if we have a Coffee Mug, the system could know that we prefer to ship it via UPS Ground and it weighs 12 ounces... or something like that. So when we log the donation/thank-you gift, we would just have to select the gift and then could print a label immediately from Donor Tools....</p>
